ফেসিয়াল ফোম ব্যবহারের ধাপসমূহ

1. হালকা গরম পানি দিয়ে মুখ ভিজিয়ে নিন**: প্রথমে হালকা গরম পানি দিয়ে মুখ ধুয়ে নিন। এটি রোমকূপ খুলে দেয় এবং ত্বককে পরিষ্কারের জন্য প্রস্তুত করে।  

2. ফোমের একটি ছোট পরিমাণ নিন  হাতের তালুতে ফোমের একটি ছোট পরিমাণ নিন, যা একটি সমৃদ্ধ লেদার তৈরি করতে যথেষ্ট।  

3. ত্বকে ফোম ম্যাসাজ করুন ফোমটি মুখে লাগিয়ে ত্বকে আলতো করে ম্যাসাজ করুন। বিশেষ করে টি-জোন এবং ব্রণের ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ এলাকাগুলোর উপর বেশি মনোযোগ দিন। চোখে ফোম লাগানোর থেকে বিরত থাকুন।  

4. হালকা গরম পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলুন ত্বকে ফোম ভালোভাবে ম্যাসাজ করার পর হালকা গরম পানি দিয়ে মুখ ধুয়ে ফেলুন। গরম পানি ব্যবহার করবেন না, কারণ এটি ত্বক শুষ্ক করে ফেলতে পারে।  

5. মুখ আলতোভাবে মুছে নিন**: ফোম ধুয়ে ফেলার পর একটি পরিষ্কার তোয়ালে দিয়ে মুখ আলতোভাবে মুছে নিন।
