Produced from a blend of Syrah and Viognier, which are pressed separately, followed by a shorter extraction and fermentation in old wooden foudre, where the wine spends winter and spring on the lees. With more richness and savoury depth than most ross, its a year round delight that also adds a touch of sophistication to any summer soiree.
