with a tri-colour metal cockade attached to the center of the wreath via two prongs visible on the reverse

Constructed of patinated feinzink, the obverse bearing a central raised oak leaf and mobile swastika, inset within a date of 1939, the reverse bearing a raised howitzer topped by a German national eagle, above an inscription of ZUR ERINNERUNG AN DAS ARTILLERIE RGT. 152, (IN MEMORY OF THE 152ND ARTILLERY REGIMENT), unmarked, measuring 95 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
