A Heer EM NCOs visor cap eagle, constructed of aluminum, the reverse bearing an illegible makers mark of manufacture date of 38, measuring 65 mm (w) x 25 mm (h), missing all three of its attachment prongs, in very fine condition. 2. A mis matched set of Heer Panzer collar tab devices, one constructed of silvered zink and the other of magnetic metal, both retaining all three reverse
