Pronounced ripe black cherry and liquorice aromas mix with earthy incense and spicy dried herb notes. Rich black cherry and liquorice fruits are featured across the mid weighted palate which is supported by slightly chewy tannins. Some scorched earth, infusions of incense and spice are also evident. Ripe, slightly rustic finish. Drink over the next 2 3 years.
