This Brut is the classic in the Col Vetoraz range. It is characterized by a beautiful straw yellow color and a fine, aromatic, and intense bouquet. The bouquet is reminiscent of roses, citrus fruits, acacia, and fruity white peach, pear, and apple. On the palate, the Brut
