with an unmarked reverse
before returning home in July 1943
The inside is lined in greenish-brown rayon
Turkey, Ottoman Empire. Loyalty And Bravery Medal, C.1895 Hold In March of 1941(Tarz I Atik Imtiyaz Madalyasi). Instituted in 1878. Type II (Post 1882). In silver, measuring 37. 3 mm in diameter, with first war "1332" (1914) clasp in silver affixed to its original ribbon, suspended from a horizontal hanger with pinback, maintaining good detail, very light contact, near extremely fine.
