Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension with a period replacement loop, the obverse bearing a raised and leftward facing profile of Tsar Nicholas II, circumscribed by name and title in Cyrillic, the reverse bearing raised inscriptions of (FOR BRAVERY) and 4 (4TH CLASS), surrounding a stamped award number of 941781, unmarked, measuring 28. 15 mm in diameter, weighing 15. 5 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
