It was the band's last album for Lookout!. Drummer Hugh O'Neill died of brain cancer about two months before the album was released. The album contains a hidden track, a cover of the Beach Boys song God Only Knows, which is the band's fourth recorded cover of that bands songs. (Purple LP Vinyl)
