If there's a way to do something better, I'm doing it. The DIW 20 is a wall mounted deionization system. What it does is strip the minerals and contaminants out of your tap water before it ever touches your paint. Those minerals are what dry on the surface and leave spots or, worse, etch into your clear coat. With deionized water, that's not a concern.
