Yugoslavia, Republic. A Pilot's Badge In Solid 18Kt Gold. By Ikom Zagreb Archive with the intact slider of(Oznaka Pilota). Badge in die struck solid GOLD and enameled star, 53. 2mm x 40. 1mm, marked on reverse IKOM (IKOM Zagreb), along with "750" (for 18 Karat Gold), also marked with Yugoslav 18kt. Gold stamp, badge weighs 21. 6 grams, in extremely fine condition and extremely rare. Footnote: issued very seldom to exceptional pilots or highest ranking Air Force Officers. It is believed only 25 badges in 18kt. Gold have been awarded circa 1970.
