Aged for 9 months in oak barrels and originating from a terroir of granitic sands
This champagne house was founded as Pommery & Greno in 1858 by Alexandre Louis Pommery and Narcisse Greno
juicy and full of bright fruit flavours and time to dry out in between so disease pressure was low
Christophe Patrice Chardonnay (Vin de France) 2025 Size::6 Bottle Case Spicy notes of black pepper100 % Chardonnay purchased from growers in the region. The fruit is whole bunch pressed to stainless steel tanks for a cool fermentation with indigenous yeast. Once fermentation is complete the wine is racked off lees and matured in tank for 4 months, without malolactic conversion.
