Small slit in back center. A few loose stitches at the bottom of the zipper. Also loose seam at the collar on the back side. Easy fixes and difficult to notice as is. I believe the 3 4 is the size, and the tag is missing lot number. For sizing refer to measurements: chest 14 across at the armpits, length 27 from the *armpit* to hem (as there is no shoulder to
